New room

I was looking at all of your mini blogs and got inspired to work on my house:

I turned that bottom left room into the laundry/utility/junk room.
The place where work gets done and odds and ends of sports equipment gets stored.

I have a couple of these types of rooms in my house but they are not nearly as tidy as this one.

Sink by Doug and Mellisa (repainted white)
Other furniture and details from Neu's minis and Rement.

On min-vacation

A vacation from mini's that is. Doing other sorts of creative activites and getting outside a bit.

I have some ideas for making assemblages that hang on the wall using inspiration and items from mini-world.

Relax!

Take a load off. Have a smoke.
Aah the good old days.

This linoleum floor is pretty modern looking.

This is T. Cohn Tin litho house from (1948?)
I am missing the front door and one window from this house, does anybody know where I could find those? Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Coen Tin Litho House

Welcome to the 1950's
Couples slept in separate beds.
Not a bad idea maybe, if you have a snoring husband.

Is that a Gauguin above the Chesterfield?
I added a felt rug. Tin floors are a little cold.

A lot of Renwal furniture came with this house.
What a great buy.

Canoe House Project

I like this little shelf unit. It takes up almost no space.
I want to do something with it using very small furnishings (1/4" scale maybe).

I like the rough exterior so will leave it as is and paint and refinish the interior "rooms" only.
First some gesso primer.

Once I have some furnishings I can start adding  paint and floors and wall finishes.
